Interesting. The ones at my dealer still usually say Rail (and my Bronco did, as well), despite being delivered by truck from the rail yard.
Here's a Raptor currently on their lot (which shows RA84 as did my Bronco):
My Lightning has CA84, instead:
Out of curiosity, does your sticker say Convoy or Rail? I'm in Northern CA and mine says Convoy even though they normally ship F-150s to CA via Rail. Wondering whether that may be an effort to get the trucks out West sooner.
My theory is the Lightning didn't get retractable running boards because the battery pack hangs down below the body line anyway, so there's no/not much benefit to retractable steps (and the steps do a nice job of hiding the battery pack).
If you're scheduled for production, there's a Mach-E VIN generation site (I don't recall which one I used but maybe this one? https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/).
I've had the Pace Edwards Ultragroove Metal on my last two trucks. I went with it over the Retrax because the Retrax has a separate key I'd rather not have to deal with when going with their manual tonneau (not a concern with the powered versions). The canister does take up quite a bit of space...
