Download the PDF from post 2. Read it on your PC, iPad, Nook, Kindle. You can also buy a printed manual.

Also highly recommend you change your account vehicle to show what specific Lightning...
Mine has only been in since Tuesday. And yes, minimal communication -just that they are talking to Ford. Some things I did behind their back so to speak:
Sent VIN to one of the PTS/FDRS guys on this forum and they were able to show that the dealer did the Battery Health test and its results...
FYI that price includes a battery wall. They also have:
V2H Bundle for $7300. Includes 80A Charger, Home Hub, Inverter & Dark Start Battery
V2H Enablement Kit for $5400 includes Home Hub, Inverter & Dark Start Battery. This is comparable to HIS for those that already own the $1700 charger.
Note...
"The additional time will [...] enable Ford to take advantage of emerging battery technology, with the goal to provide customers increased durability and better value. "
As someone who just had a battery module failure, this statement hits home. Not complaining, I knew I was a first adopter and...
Ha. Same here on my neighbor. And trash/recycle day are a weeks worth of cardboard boxes plus all the things she replaced with the knickknacks that came in those boxes.
The thought is Tesla is making them at their Buffalo facility. So I would suspect either there or Detroit. But could be shipped in bulk and fulfillment done somewhere else. Did you check your status page? Link is in email you got.
Agree completely with the above comments. It felt like you were wrestling with a DCFC connector every time. Glad I sold and went with a slimmer J1772 connector.
Iāll be really jealous when the 25s or later come out with the NACS and the svelte connector of those chargers.
I monitor mine and my son's Mach-E for grins. Note that it is always presented to the nearest 0.5%. So yours didn't drop from 98.5 to 98. It likely dropped from 98.25 to 98.24 (or less).
I'm at 99.0% at 7500 miles and 18.3 months. DCFC 6 times to 80-85. L2 charge to 80%, a few times to 100%.
Got this overnight. Yesterday I had the powertrain malfunction / reduced power fault with DTC āP0B24 - Hybrid/EV Battery 'A' Voltage Unstableā. Wondered if that would keep OTA at bay but it didnāt.
I'll chime in here with my report. I'm not optimistic. I got the dreaded Service Vehicle Soon with power limited to 57%. Pulled DTC and it was
===BECM DTC P0B24:21-AF===
Code: P0B24 - Hybrid/EV Battery 'A' Voltage Unstable
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is On for this DTC
Module: Battery Energy...
Many of us have had two CSPs.
CSP-23B57 - Sep ā23. BECM module update, possible battery pack replacement. You can read the bulletin here. It says dealer can do the module update or there would be an OTA update early 2024. Perhaps you got the OTA update and it cleared?
CSP-23B70 - Jan ā23...
Thanks, my son and I had a very similar thing happen at an EA in his Mach-E. What specifically did you turn off on the Sync screen? Did you also disable/re-enable anything in the app?
We gave up, came back 2 hours later to a different charger and it worked first time with P&C. We decided it was...
Just seeing this. That sucks. Are you using Utter? I asked the tech once and he said they have done several replacements so hopefully it goes smoothly.
May need to start a private message group with you and LUXMAN. š
A couple of points. You can still have adaptive cruise without BC yelling. Simply turn off lane centering. Itās the mode I mostly use. OTOH you will find many folks that declare BC a game changer.
Using the screen for HVAC is no big deal. I didnāt think I would like it but the new UI that came...
Man that sucks. There is a whole thread on 2023 refunds filed this year (most are getting refunds). This particular post seems applicable but read the thole thread if you haven't:

Math. I just don't see thieves ransacking a truck looking for a fob. Only a tiny fraction of us are even hiding them. That means the other 99%+ of vehicles don't even have a keyfob to find. Now if you leave it out in plain site, then yeah, they're going to break in and get it.
Now maybe don't...
Actually 4.2.1 was released in early 2023. You got 4.2.1.1 (note the extra .1). There is a thread for that here. It was first seen last summer but has been a regular topic of "I got it" for a lot of '23's. Hopefully its just a reset update that will now enable a bunch of other updates and you...
When I was deciding on what trim back in 2022, I put together a spreadsheet sorted by trim. Here are the extra features you got in 2022 going from a 312A (XLT High) to a 511A (Lariat High). Please look at the 2023 Order Guide and the specific window sticker though as things may have changed...
