Agree completely with the above comments. It felt like you were wrestling with a DCFC connector every time. Glad I sold and went with a slimmer J1772 connector. I’ll be really jealous when the 25s or later come out with the NACS and the svelte connector of those chargers.

I monitor mine and my son's Mach-E for grins. Note that it is always presented to the nearest 0.5%. So yours didn't drop from 98.5 to 98. It likely dropped from 98.25 to 98.24 (or less). I'm at 99.0% at 7500 miles and 18.3 months. DCFC 6 times to 80-85. L2 charge to 80%, a few times to 100%.
