You should look for a VIN email from Ford soon.
Then you can track it on Ford's tracker along with the window sticker available about a week before production date.
Mine was an early '22 and it took 6 weeks from production to delivery (MI to CA).
Updated today after 4 days, 8 attempts failed previously.
Currently on 3..5.5.
Took a couple of tries from the Sync screen.
Finally took - update took about 15 minutes - heard a lot of clicking, clacking, motor whine, lights flashing, horn honked once, and it did reset my AM & FM radio...
Don't feel left out - the Mustang Mach E owners are experiencing the same delay.
Their '23 MME are not listed for rebate yet...
My incoming MME is next week so I hope it gets uploaded by then...
Another case of SunRun using subcontractors to install and the billing office going by whatever they see on the work performed....
Good warning for those that choose SunRun.
Better warn folks not to be swindled...
Using 350kW EVGo chargers, I get a peak of 170kW initially at low SOC and then slows down as it reaches over 70%.
Then it crawls to 90% which is where I usually stop unless I am on a road trip.
Actually the '23 MME does not have AM radio any longer.

^^^ this is correct on price protection ($5K) for the Pro.
Some dealers won't front the price protection amount, while others will.
Either way, the customer still gets the price protection money - whether it's instantly on the sales contract or later by mail a check will be mailed to you.
If you read my post above and the MME forum issue on PP you will notice that the dealer controls how the $5K PP works.
You may have to just wait for a $5K check from Ford after you buy the truck.
Very common on the Mustang Mach E forums.

First thing to ask:
Ask for a DORA showing original order price.
Get their regional rep on the line with the dealer.
Notes:
Some dealers who won't front the...
As @RickLightning said - not a good idea to sign for a vehicle that your dealer has not taken possession of.
It's not only tax fraud, but what happens if the truck arrives damaged or totalled ?
What will Ford, bank, insurance company and IRS say ?
Is it really worth $7500 to be audited by...
I am glad I am getting the MME next month.
$56K price tag but after all credits, rebates, PCO, Options incentives, etc - comes down to $38K.
Not a bad deal!
When your dealer registers the sale under your name, SunRun should receive notice to ship out the charger, assuming you bought an ER Lightning and not an SR Lightning which does not include the 80A FCSP.
Verify what you purchased on your window sticker and let us know ?
Well my thinking is different due to SOC buffers built into the design.
100% charged actually means roughly 90% actual.
I charge 100% on L2 at home and only to 90% on L3 (DCFC).
I am not planning on keeping a first gen Lightning for over 8 years so, not much to worry about during the wear on...
Agree - the GOM is just a guess and since the normal driver screen is so much info and distracting, I like @Tony Burgh put mine in calm mode and use the EV charge level the same a fuel gauge on an ICE.
So happy I live in a warm climate year around - have not seen any range drop even in late...
I think it's better for Ford to send "incomplete" vehicles to owners now rather than hold them all back and make the customer wait for months.
It's a way of communicating to the customers that parts shortages are real and Ford is doing their best not to delay the overall EV truck experience...
Why anyone would not charge to 100% is beyond my comprehension - especially in cold weather.
Who knows when a power outage occurs and you have to power the house or an emergency cold weather travel is needed.
I always keep my LIghtning at 100% as much as possible.
You never know of an...
