Hello fellow ATX Lightning owner! Depending on what part of town you are in, CCS options are not great, but getting better. EVGOs have opened a couple good high speed ones in south austin recently with another coming hopefully soon. Sunset valley and most recently at Congress/Will Cannon. Check...
Tested my adapter for first time yest afternoon at a moderately busy SC near me and I am not sure anyone even looked at me! The far right one was open, so I was able to use it without blocking others. Worked great, although I haven't received the plug and charge update which is annoying. Course...
Check out plugshare, there are 3 car dealers in Lubbock that have CCS chargers, they may not be really fast, but they seem to work. Obv won't be an issue once you have the tesla adapter
Had some amber (orange) ones on my carbon grey and I liked the look fine. From any sort of distance other than up close really couldn't tell they weren't just painted tow hooks. But I ended up swapping the hooks out for shackle mounts and put some moose knuckles on recently.
That's certainly possible, but I have no idea. I haven't been on a highway since I got the message over the weekend, and had sort of forgotten about it until this thread came up, but the Mach-e thread seems to indicate the error message was an error and that everything should be working. I'll...
I got that warning too a few days ago. I remember before my latest updates several weeks ago, and have a pic of it where my About SYNC screen said "Hands Free driving mode available until 4-6-2024" that was at revision 915. Currently, I am on revision 1049 and it reads "Bluecruise Map version...

Short answer yes, need a laptop, a mongoose or similar OBD connector and a sub FDRS ($50 for a 2-day license at the cheapest)
Eh, in my experience it seems to need a bit of babysitting, every module has to be done individually...some of the modules require power cycles... I had one seem to fail and just kept cycling through for hours and I finally had to sort of hard crash FDRS to get it to stop. That turned out ok, it...
You can just try pestering them to do it, but the thing is some of those modules can take a really long time to update and if you have a bunch, it can practically take all day. I think this is one of the big reasons they won't do it.
Think I found a case for it. for a kids camera so might look silly, but the dimensions I think will be perfect and the price is right! Will be here tomorrow. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JHFYB1W?psc=1&smid=A37AWEJ224JQ3T&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp
Put some Moose Knuckle shackles on today after installing the rough country tow hook shackle mount kit. really like the look and splash of color. super easy install, didn't put the plastic shroud things back on as it is kinda finicky.
Fedex says mine is due on Mon (order 260), but given we are in the eclipse path, I'm going to assume it won't make it on mon...and Ford's given me a title of parts manager, according to Fedex! If it does show up on mon, ill be sure to go clog up a supercharger that all the crazy eclipse tourists...
Yes, asked them to add the level and factory folding tonneau when I purchased. Pretty sure it is the 2” rough country. Looks good, I don’t think I can tell
Much difference in the ride. I guess ive heard others say it makes it a little bouncier in front? But again, only had it a week without...
I only had my truck a week before I got it leveled in front. The last 8,000 miles (stupid trip clock reset on me so i don't have a lifetime reading now) I am at exactly 2.0 mi/kwh. Prob 50/50 city under 45 and hwy at 70+. Basically, I drive the speed limit, so a good bit at 75 and even 80-85...
