I traded a ā19 3.5 EB Platinum for my Lightning. And besides towing and long haul ability (not a priority for me) the ONLY thing that was noticeable better in that truck than my Lightning Lariat ER were the seats. I havenāt seen the newest Platinum seats in person but they look pretty amazing...
Great feedback thank you! First, Iām in South Florida so low temps are a non issue. Second, we rarely tow and I have Ecoboost F150s with plenty of life that can do that if needed. My techs average 100-150 miles a day. Iād love to have an all electric rig in a Lightning setup! And I use camper...
I admit that I am still in the honeymoon phase with my Lightning, but Iām considering adding a Lightning Pro or XLT to my companyās fleet. We currently have Eco Boost F150s and Rangers. Iām especially interested in use in the skilled trades. I own a pest control company and would have a spray...
Thank you. I got mine directly from Ford Accessories. I used the points they gave me when I bought the truck. Made it half off.

The install is pretty straightforward. I used this video...
Lol. Itās cool that people have different opinions and taste. Itās a unique look so I get that itās not for everyone. I will say the grill inserts look better in person. They make the textured pattern show more. Hereās an up close pic and a link to the store I got them for those who are...
Never installed. Only opened to take the pic. In South Florida. I will meet anywhere from Doral to Delray. $700
Will ship for full asking price, buyer pays for shipping.
Honestly, I didnāt know anything about it until you just mentioned it and I then looked it up. Guess Iāll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for the heads up.
Thanks! The front is paint protection film. Light passes through fairly well. There are some edges that are not covered. But itās not a show truck. Iām happy with the way it turned out. The rears I removed and had painted, clear coated and polished at a local shop. Iāll get some night pics tonight.
Hereās the list.

I bought this truck August 7th this year. On Aug 23rd I curbed it pretty hard. It blew the 2 right tires and shattered 2 of the rims. Luckily, no other damage. Since then, Iāve been all in making the look I had visioned when I got it.
And here it is. I call it The Stormtrooper Package. š
2023...
To be specific, Iām talking about the one just wider than a pencil that goes on the post at the top of the shock cylinder. Not the wide one that makes the ride higher. It seems to make a more secure fitment inside the top collar.
Install done today. Thanks to the write up. It was a HUGE help. Iām going to add a few notes that are not in the write up for those of use that need a little more guidance on the details. It took me 3 1/2 hours total. I have done suspension work before.
Add to tools- 18mm socket, 8mm socket...
Great write-up! Ordered my shocks today. Canāt wait to fix this stance.
Any effect to Blue Cruise, adaptive cruise control, LKA, or other driver aids?

I need a set of wheels and tires urgently. I posted in āFor Saleā but it looks like there isnāt much action there. Hope this is ok with the mods. TIA.
Smacked a curb today. Damage to 2 of the wheels and lost the tires. Anyone have a set of Lariat 20ās for sale in Florida? I only need 2 but will consider all 4. Hoping there isnāt significant suspension damage š¤¬
