  1. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

Teslas have held pretty normal (if not better than normal) depreciation. However I am seeing positive signs long range EVs are holding their value better.
  2. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

They don't need that much power to tow. We've towed 11k with gutless diesels 10-20 years ago.
  3. What is this incentive I see? EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash $7500

Interesting I'd really like to get to the bottom of what this rebate is. Someone from Ford has to be able to look up the incentive ID.
  4. Is there a way to lease the F150L with a 3rd-party bank to capture the $7500 tax credit and then buy it out?

  5. What is this incentive I see? EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash $7500

I get it but it is worded like it has a incentive ID directly from Ford and I'm more interested in the incentive than the dealers tactics

  7. What is this incentive I see? EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash $7500

T This doesn't make sense with the expiration date, and it on a platinum.
  8. What is this incentive I see? EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash $7500

I see this on a random dealers website as a discount off MSRP. It's probably in error, but what is this? EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash $7500 Incentive ID: 26328937 Expiration: 2023-04-03 Amount: $7500 EV Tax Credit Customer Satisfaction Bonus Cash Qualifying residents of...
  9. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

It's tough, I have both reserved and can deliver either within 3 weeks. I like the quad-motor, 0-60, and sportiness of the Rivian. Also, parkability. I like the "truck utility" of the F150. I own a 2009 ram 1500 and nissan leaf today. I don't see myself selling the ram, due to too many...
  10. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

Yeah, I failed to recognize 22's were available, but I probably should have hunted down a 22 SR and done the deal in December. My 23 has the camera (not sure what it does), but the scales are deleted. Never really overloaded a pickup or worried about it much -- mostly in the "neat" category...
  11. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

Yeah, the features are annoying, but IMHO, the only big loss is the heated steering wheel. The others I'm indifferent about.
  12. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

2022 and 2023s are transacting at basically, identical prices. The MSRP is now higher and buyers aren't changing their behavior based on model year.

  14. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

Some of the comments here are en"lightning". To be fair, I expect depreciation, but I wanted some confidence we would hit 60% residual after 3 years (the original lease target, and more or less on par with gas f-150). The 0-mile used market being so far from current MSRP is concerning, but I...
  15. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

That is very good data, thank you. I'd actually say online auction sites (carsandbids/bat) closely resembles these numbers now. We are in somewhat unprecedented times with major MSRP increases, What is making What is making you trade from the R1T to the Lightning? Just curious.
  16. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

None in Washigton unfortunately. It's probably an exception and not the norm in most US states. That stopped dec 31 (might tie in with my point #4).
  17. Is the "used" market normal for F150 depreciation at this point? Or is it worse?

As far as I can tell, we're at a point where the used market is commanding $75k for Lariat ER's, and the build year (2022 vs 2023) doesn't seem to matter. This is essentially, a $15k drive off the lot depreciation. It has changd quite overnight, at the start of Febuary. Questions: 1) Is...
