It depends on your solar system. If you are building it, you could just simply install the panels (non-enphase/inline inverters) and it would work from what I understand with the inputs on the BDI. I.e. It has to have a DC input, not an AC and be under 10KW in total power.

I have had a ticket open with FOrd on the app not saying the system is ready for about 3 months. Ford can't do anything to get it resolved and it is supposidly in SunRuns basket to fix somehow.
