FYI, I got this cover when I picked up my truck in July. Almost immediately the glue holding the felt began to fail. Ford supposedly has a fix but the dealer and I are still waiting. This is apparently a known issue and perhaps the ones being shipped now are fixed, but I would be cautious before...

I put matte black on my Carbonized Grey both on the charging cover and tailgate. I like the matte on the tailgate, however I wish I had gone raised glossy on the charging cover. The flat matte did not really "pop" since it is relatively small.

I got that one as well and really liked it until it almost immediately started to fall apart. Apparently, it’s a known issue and I’m waiting to hear back from Ford.

My wife is 5‘0“ and she drives the Lariar often and really enjoys the visibility. The adjustable pedal is make all the difference for her. Conversely, the Rivian R1T was very uncomfortable for her to drive because the pedals are not adjustable.

I wouldn’t be happy with that on a new vehicle.

Hopefully Ford will replace with the same, maybe after two or three exchanges.😁

I got the Ford branded Bak Revolver installed by my dealer when I got my truck a month ago. This started happening almost right away. Going to the dealer tomorrow for modem issues and will see what they say/do about this.

And considering that many of us are having trouble even using the remote start and tracking our charging on the FordPass app, this may be a while incoming.

I am in Southern California and I compared Carmax, Carvana, and Car Gurus. Car Gurus offered $500 more than either of the other two. They came and picked up our Subaru at the house and the funds were in my bank the next day. I would recommend shopping all three of those.

I am having connectivity issues as well. FordPass advised me to see the dealer and I have an appointment next week. Would be interested to here about your progress and resolution as well.

Ford accessories. $175. I had them delivered to the dealer and they installed them for me at no charge.

Just swapped out the chrome lugs for Ford black lugs. I think it really pops the Lariat wheels with the black accents on Carbonized Grey.

My wife is 5' tall and when we drove the Rivian she didn't like the fact that there was no running board/step option for getting in and out and when she adjusted the seat for her height to get visibility, her heel wouldn't touch the ground because the "gas" pedal isn't adjustable. A few weeks...

I agree. My service department immediately said that they were going to reach out to Ford for direction prior to trying anything on their own. And they certainly did not suggest that I try to do something myself.
