Dry 6100lbs
Hitch 700lbs
Length 33'6"
Using the Equal-i-zer hitch for 10,000lbs. Like the tow module for the pro-trailer. Also currently using the Haloview MC7109 but its not mean for a trailer this long, pulled it off our Roo 183. Going to upgrade to
Haloview 7 Inch 720P Wireless Range...
In October we upgraded our trailer. Only took it out for 3 trips before putting her away for winter. Ride was great and didn't notice any significant difference in the ride. I just have to remember to take wider turns. Old trailer was like turning with our snowmobile trailer, not anymore. ?
Our first trailer, 3 summers ago was a Rockwood Roo (forest river as well). I would say that was superior quality in comparison to the Keystone Bullet. Reason for the bullet purchase was the weight. The same floor plan on the Rockwood was about 1000lbs more. Setup time wasn't much of an issue...
We have a Bullet 290bhs. Dry 6200lbs, tongue weight of 700lbs and 33ft in length. I wouldn't go anything bigger than this without upgrading to a superduty. I would have really liked the 6.7 diesel crewcab, but I can't get it to fit in the driveway. ? Limited to just the supercab that is not as...
XLT 302a with max tow so I was stuck with the 20" pirelli. I actually don't mind them in the summer but quickly changed them out for Cooper Snow Claws for the winter. I'm pretty happy with them, performed pretty well during our last big snow fall that was just a little over 2ft.
Just picked up Milwaukee's M18 7" polisher. Can't wait for spring to give it a try, until then, I have been watching a lot of YouTube. Will try out on my 2014 Cruze before it hit the F150 ?
Do you have any recommendations on videos for the diy'r to get started? I have always just washed and...
I used a screwdriver to pop the edge up and the tape actually stayed on the trailer but easily peeled off the sensor. New 3m tape on and installed on new trailer. ?
Did you notice a difference in fuel mileage running your trailer while driving?
I like the idea even if I only have 2kw. I think I would still go with the transfer switch though. A couple weekends back I was 75ft from the pedestal and that was with my power being in the back driver side. If I...
I think tires and wheels have a high border duty tax on them, but I could be wrong. I know I would be adding at minimum 13% tax at the border plus whatever tarrif.
20yrs ago, eBay was pretty popular here, now days not so much. Shipping and import costs make things like wheels not very feasible sadly. Loved eBay back in the day.
I have been following various FB groups, Kijiji etc looking for take offs but not much available over the last 3 or 4 months.
In Ontario ?? and looking at ordering Cooper Snow Claw for the winter. I see the spare is an 18" wheel, could I drop from the 275/60R20 or do I have to stick with 20s? Will be ordering new wheels for summer and putting snows on stock wheels. Could I still tow a travel trailer with the snows on...
I mounted the sensor on our travel trailer a couple months back and now trading in our trailer next week. I used the 3m, what is the easiest way to remove and mount on new trailer?
I'm in Ontario and also looking for winter tires. On my suv I normally ran the blizzak dmv2, they were a great tire. Not sure if I can go with those again having the max tow with Pirelli 10ply now. One shop has recommended Cooper Discoverer AT3 for the winter.
2 buckets, 1 buck hot soapy water, 2nd bucket I use RODI water as the final wipe down. I use a combination of brands. Soap, interior, wheels and tires - chemical guys. Protection - Hybrid ceramic turtle wax. Will also use meguiars products. I have a stihl pressure washer with foam cannon.
Had tuxmat in my vw atlas. Great coverage and handled very well during our Ontario winters. I just used a little soap and water and they clean up with ease.
For the truck they don't have an option for the front bench so I went with the husky x-act contour and they are great as well.
My Dad put one on his super duty 2 years ago, my buddy did his GM last year and this year my brother did his Tacoma and now my truck. We all went with cab high Sierra. All very happy with them. The only options I added were the roof racks and led lights. Definitely cheaper on price, but not on...
