Should I update it with FORScan or should I wait for a new OTA? I have a FORScan license. Where is the thread?

I know they don't appear from FDRS but they claimed they got the OTA to come through when I asked. Here's my vin: 1FT6W1EV7NWG*****

Updated: I got it back, $500 later, and they said they updated it. It did in fact not update, there is no update in the update history, it no longer appears on the screen, and it does not have BC 1.4....

My truck is at the service center right now, the 1.4 update was stuck and they are looking into it.

Mine is still stuck on Not Completed, and I have not received 10.3 :(

It says Sync 4 because that is what the software is called. As Pioneer74 said above, Sync 4A is the version for the 15" vertical screen. It just scales the UI differently, has some design changes, and a few extra apps. The underlying OS is the same, hence Sync 4.

I’ve had 6.14 for over a month, and my camera view has never changed. I’m assuming this has something to do with the IPMA update the dealer performed.

Yes, the cameras still automatically activate

I got my Lightning back from the service center, I had my 30,000 mile service and I had the CSP taken care of, and now I have the new camera ui. Has anyone else seen this? The scale of the camera view at the top of the screen is different and the 360° top down view is slightly narrower.

Check your audio settings, this update reset my audio settings. Otherwise the new interface refinements are nice with the new icons, and CarPlay no longer has those small black gaps, it fits perfectly!

For some weird reason I was at a fast charger and the charging session failed to start so I got in the truck to move it and it updated and had the new icons! I was worried when the update failed but it must have sorted itself out!

I’m aware, I’ve never had a failed update so what can I do? It’s still stuck.

Has anyone had trouble with this update? My truck has said “Not Completed” since Friday.

I’m still waiting for this update to download, I’ve had the “Not Completed” message since yesterday.

I also received this today, it’s been months since my last update.

I’ve reported this problem countless times and Ford still hasn’t fixed it. I’ve had this issue for almost an entire year. Switch back to the rear camera view and the exit button appears.

I want to see interactive widgets.
