I doubt if the 50A outlet is EV rated based on the picture. Cheap outlets can fail in bad ways when used for EV charging. There are multiple videos about this.

Not sure why they rate DCFC chargers in KW when they are actually max current chargers. I.E. the cables and hardware are rated for a maximum current. A 350KW charger will charger an 800VDC battery at 435A max (350000/800). So at 435A maximum it will only charge our 400VDC batteries at 175KW...

You shouldn't have go to the dealer you bought the Lightning from, your local dealer should be able to fix whatever. I bought my XLT 2 hours away, but go to my local dealer for any issues. My local dealer did the CSP fixes that the selling dealer should have done before selling it.
