Just adding an update. Part was ordered on 12-16-22. Dealership said it was on backorder until 1-19-23. Just reached out and they have not yet received the part in as Friday 2-10-23. I'm hoping they revise the part to be more reliable because this process has been miserable and I am not excited...

Why did the cap need to be replaced? Is this something they break when they replace the lightbar or is it somehow related to the lightbar failing?

Just got back from my dealership. They required the entire day to look at the light to uh.. "diagnose" the issue. They came to the conclusion that they are just going to replace the light bar. Anyway... They put an order in for the lightbar and it is "on national back order until 1-19-23". Let's...

Also have the same problem on a '22 Lariat ER. Dealership also wants me to drop it off to "diagnose" the issue for the entire day before they will even order in the part. I guess I have to wait until 12/16 for them to just to look at it..
