UPDATE: I just received a preliminary approval for my BB request by the REV team, however I am still waiting for the "official" letter with all the details. I am very pleased that FoMoCo accepted my request without much hastle, either due to the fiasco I went through and/or our state regulations...
WOW, what a fiasco !! Don't trust the phone app, use a browser and make SURE you get an email as well otherwise the system didn't process it properly....I think @Ford Motor Company should expedite all of us on this forum, we are their early adopters and this is what we get 😳

Thanks, I did connect with Ford CS, they themselves are saying that they can't get the dealer to provide them updates ! On top, my dealer is the largest Ford dealer and largest Lightning seller in the nation !! You can't make this sh%$ up !
thanks, its been more than 30 days without any end in sight. I live in CA, so I guess its time to start the BB process and head back to Toyota....my first Ford, and certainly the last.
