this is unacceptable, its amazing that despite Ford hedging soooo much PR on this release and once again foobar the rollout like this !! @Ford Motor Company please look into this and perhaps notify all those of us who used the app and is now under the impression that they successfully submitted a reservation.....but in fact they did not.Dont beat yourself up too much about it, I got a similar screen from a browser early this morning (2 hours after the site opened) but never got an email then went about my day. Started to wonder what number I was and when I might get mine and went back to site only to be asked to re-request one, and now I'm all back of the line in August lol. Oh well, I almost never charge outside of the home so I guess others need it more anyways, FOMO is a MF tho.
