Dont beat yourself up too much about it, I got a similar screen from a browser early this morning (2 hours after the site opened) but never got an email then went about my day. Started to wonder what number I was and when I might get mine and went back to site only to be asked to re-request one, and now I'm all back of the line in August lol. Oh well, I almost never charge outside of the home so I guess others need it more anyways, FOMO is a MF tho.
this is unacceptable, its amazing that despite Ford hedging soooo much PR on this release and once again foobar the rollout like this !! @Ford Motor Company please look into this and perhaps notify all those of us who used the app and is now under the impression that they successfully submitted a reservation.....but in fact they did not.

You are saying there are some V3 Tesla chargers not open to Ford drivers? If so, that is disappointing, I assumed all V3 and V4 would be open.
Ford & Tesla intend to get all the sites up in the near future, I'm guessing it's to ensure that what they have for an update of the dispensers is proven solid before smashing the entire universe, since there is a limited number of prototypes and retail third party adapters at this point they selected a smattering of stations throughout the nation

What page do we need to be on to check our order status? I just want to know if mine went through or if their system shit the bed and lost it...
Connected services, if it didn't prompt ..... make sure that your Blue oval charging is active, you have a card on file, also make sure your address of record are correct, once you're able to get the order process started it will ask you to validate or update if a change is needed.

@tommolog any plans to test this with your A2Z adapter? I'm especially interested in knowing if you can initiate a charge under a Ford in the app and charge your bolt or rivian instead.
@duncanmaio has tested his with the native Tesla app, he was successful!!

Correct, Tesla members would want to activate with Tesla app to enjoy that discount, otherwise the Ford Blue Oval Network / P&C will charge you Tesla retail prices

I'd wager non-Fords can also charge from today using that adapter
Not certain, I got a android play store update for my Tesla app this afternoon, to accommodate the new Ford customer experience, the next time I pulled up the tesla app I wanted to cross validate what Ford's [Public Charging App in Sync] was guiding me to, Tesla want more details about me as a non-tesla customer, IIRC year, make model, Ford was on the list.

I don't recall seeing other manufacturers, someone with another type of CCS1 vehicle might want to try it out, maybe fudge that they are a Ford???? I don't guarantee that will fly though.

Agree - @TaxmanHog did you get to keep the adapter you were using? Kyle noted his was a prototype. So I guess the production line is still ramping up.
Yes, the prototype is on loan to me for the duration, once my retail production arrive some time in April, I will return it to Ford.

I'm sure the other guy that thinks he was the first will put a press release out correcting himself.
It was a pleasure to meet Kyle and other media influencers, they al do a great job promoting EV's toward the end of todays video, he points out that he was the first non-Ford owner to charge while I was the first Ford owning customer to charge.

what in the world is this !?!? I placed my reservation/order this morning at 7 a.m. PST, got the confirmation of my reservation, and then I just got the email confirmation of my order with the following details (see attached screenshot) !!! OMG, AUGUST ship date !?!? aaaand it says I ordered it on 3/1/2024 ??? WTF :eek:

Should not be doing that still. Try a different browser and/or clear your cache. That helped me.

WOW, what a fiasco !! Don't trust the phone app, use a browser and make SURE you get an email as well otherwise the system didn't process it properly....I think @Ford Motor Company should expedite all of us on this forum, we are their early adopters and this is what we get 😳

The rep claimed I would get an email. But nothing yet although the phone app showed my proper email and mailing address. I don't really travel much with this vehicle- I'll just keep relying on the longer range of my Ioniq 6.

Well I finally got my order placed but it activated Blue Oval network too. So I guess I can cancel that. I’ve been using P&C with EVGo and it been flawless ever since I canceled Blue Oval.

for whatever reason I'm still unable (even at crazy hours 2 AM, 3 AM, 6 AM) get through on either my Mach-E or F150. Tried multiple computers, browsers (cleared cache, cookies etc), even got on a VPN. There must be some back end issue for my account as I've run out of ideas.

Reading these posts on ordering the adapter I'm getting major déjà vu back to when we had to reserve the truck...

When these start shipping out I'm convinced I'm going to see, "I ordered in the first 10 mins and my free adapter still hasn't shipped meanwhile my buddy who ordered yesterday and works at a dealership got his today!"

Dealers gonna start charging above MSRP for these things too? 😂
