  1. Truck Bed Organization System (Tmat)

These are too expensive to leave in an uncovered bed unattended. I have one under a rolling bed cover. For the trunk I use Kallax fabric boxes from Ikea. They work well and can be folded up when not in use.
  2. Belltech 25027 driveshaft clearance

These are for the front. It is the front shafts that look to be very close to where the spring pockets will be. I did order the Icon stops and camber kit for the rear.
  3. Belltech 250027 driveshaft clearance

Please delete. I put it in the wrong forum!
  4. Belltech 25027 driveshaft clearance

I have been gathering my parts to lower my lightning. It looks like the strut at maximum drop would put the spring pocket super close to the drive shaft. Will I be able to set it for maxim 3" drop? Thanks! I put this in the wrong section so I reposted here.

  6. Leveled on 35” Toyo RT Trail Tires

Did you recalibrate the spedo? If not then a good portion of the loss is from fewer miles than actually traveled used for the calculations.
  7. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

I learned that removing the tailgate disabled all cameras. Removing the rear seat made the truck phone home and Ford sent me notices that my rear seat restraint systems required immediate service.
  8. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

I think raising the speed limiter would make the difference.
  9. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

I removed the spare, the back seats, running boards, tailgate and rollup bedcover. I forgot to fold in the mirrors. Charge level was 95%. I ran 40 psi front and 45 psi rear. That's what it took to get a 12.26.
  10. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

Taller tires would allow for the extra speed needed, but I really don't want to deal with that.
  11. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

The speed is limited for the tires speed rating not motors and gears. 3-5 seconds over won't be a problem at all!
  12. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

Power braked when the second bulb in the drop lit. You can see the front tense up before green.
  13. I made my 1/4 mile run at the track tonight

12.26 @ 106 Prep was great with good traction It hit the speed limiter well before the end of the run! I need the limiter raised!
  14. What do you call / name your Lightning?

    Creeping Death
  15. Lightening the Lightning (for drag strip racing)

I have decades of Fox Body racing experience. My '86 ran a best of 11.20. The local track has very few open friday night drags days now and you are lucky to get 2 runs in for the night :/ I bought a draggy and plan to use it between now and then to better my launch technique.
  16. Lightening the Lightning (for drag strip racing)

    I haven't run it yet.
  17. Lightening the Lightning (for drag strip racing)

Wind resistance. I also hate the antenna!
  18. Lightening the Lightning (for drag strip racing)

    I forgot the tow hitch.
  19. Lightening the Lightning (for drag strip racing)

I may remove the liner... The beeper was removed day 1!
