No issues for me and that open up fine with no health alert history (lucky me). I did reboot my phone after installation to resolve other issues not related to the FordPass app. I had not tried the Alert History prior to rebooting.
I always set my parking brake every time I get out of the truck, since I think it is on the list of requirements (or maybe suggestions) for software updates.
I could be wrong though.

I have 24.2.5.6.2.2 now according to my truck software update status but FordPass still does not show this yet and still has 6.14.0 as the latest update. It should all sync up soon I think.
Or maybe delete your phone from Sync and readd it. Try a reboot of each (phone and Sync) first maybe.
My only issue is with making a call first with hearing aids or BT headset and then starting my vehicle. Things get really screwy for me then.... until I restart the truck. Until then I can use...
I am pretty sure it is lock then hold lock button to roll up and the same with unlock button on the fob to roll down.
This is from the notes in the Forscan spreadsheet in the Common tab so it is an assumption it works and is untested by myself. Plan to enable this soon and I can report back...
I think Rick is referring to read access is needed to view the letter. The link provided generates an error that more access is needed. I agree and would also like to see what we are being asked to "sign on to". Open up the read access and I will take another look as a Juice Box owner.
