If this were me I would try a screen protector. A good one should hide the scratches or imperfections. At least that works for cell phones and this might be the same.

I just got this update today on the second attempt. According to Ford EV Specialist Text messaging I had a failed attempt on 6/18/24 as well but no indications of an attempt or failure from my end. No mention of the attempt or failure in the vehicle or in Ford Pass app.

Glad you figured it out and shared the fix in case it might help others too :)

The only other suggestion I can make (and you may have done this already too) is force close, clear data and clear cache. If that does not work I have no other ideas. Well, maybe uninstall and reinstall after that.

No issues with Pro version for me. Maybe try Contact Developer option in the Settings Menu. There is an option for Purchase Related issue as one of the choices there so I would bet money this has happened to others if it rates having a distinct menu option :)

Order # 5567 received on 6/17/24.

Email received from Ford for order # 5567 . No info on FedEx yet and Ford Pass web page still shows as in production. Will see what updates I get tomorrow. Hopeful for a fast delivery. Edited: Now FedEx is updated and they have my package with delivery scheduled for Monday :)

I do. I check mine almost daily. The lowest LVB charge level I have ever seen is in the 80's though. Even then I will plug up to a level 1 charger to keep the LVB topped off and ready for any udpates that happen to come my way. Have you had the CSP for the LVB monitor completed already? Or...

Curious if anyone has added a grill mesh and is using the Snap Plate tag holder. I am planning to add this and have concerns that the two may not allow enough clearance... Thanks!
