Nope, never got FDRS working on the laptop. Had to use another laptop for it to work. I tried older version, deleting the data, just could not figure out the issue
Tried a different computer and was able to get past the issue. Too bad since the computer that works only has 1 USB ports and is below the system requirements 😬
First time trying to use FDRS and its been stuck on the Logging into FDRS - Please wait... Updating software screen for about 40 minutes. I assume it should not take this long? Any advice what to try

Did the DLS-90 come with the other anderson connector or did you have that on hand? For sure like your setup, just need to find the other half that you have on your power supply side (The DLS-90 comes tomorrow for me).
Called Ford today and they put in a ticket to add a month and a half to the trial while it was inopperable. As questionable as the service department has been, the customer support I have seen from Ford has been incredible.
One of the main reasons I went with the Lightning, it does not have the best technology, but I know the company will continue to exist.
Plus, in my opinion, the lightning design is much nicer then the Rivian
Yikes, wonder if it's just more complex systems leading to less understanding, or maybe that the 2023 lightnings have been sitting for so long sales are willing to do anything to move the inventory.

Spent the $30 or so for the service manual and started digging into it myself which turned out to the best $30 I have spent. Not only did I see that the dealer knew about this issue days before they sold it to me, I also was able to use the walkthrough to diagnose the DTC...
Well a month has passed and two visits to the shop and still no fix in sight. Wondering if I should pressure the service department to attempt to replace the IPMA module

I was going through FORScan to save all the configurations for the modules. I was able to load and save all the modules as built format, except for the IPMA. It resulted in a "Service procedure has been interrupted" before it could read any blocks. FORScan does say the...
Software seems to be all up to date. Tried to reset the IPMS and GWM and cleared the codes. The error did not come back immediately, but did come back after driving. Does kinda seem like a bad connection, but thats just my uneducated guess.
If anyone knows, the black box under the driver side...
Error came back at some point and BC never engaged, so assuming it came back when I took it out. Will have to keep playing around with it. Thanks again for checking.
Thank you! I was checking FORScan yesterday, but did not try the module reboot procedure. Just restarted both, cleared the dtc and no longer seeing any errors! Will be on the highway later today and wil report back
