    I read this thread last night and ran out to my truck to turn off Auto Update. And today I get a notice of a pending update. Not sure for what.. but I think I'll hold off a bit. Getting paranoid..
  2. Certified EV shop vs non-certified?

    My "CERTIFIED EV" dealer in fact is NOT CERTIFIED. They "started the program" and when Ford didn't force them to complete it they bailed. So they don't work on them. Not sure the "CERTIFIED" service is even a thing.

    Hi Folks, Do you know if the NON CERTIFIED FORD service places can do the Software updates, "Minor" part swaps etc? Or will they not touch the EV with a 10ft pole? I am just thinking for the Custer Satisfaction updates..etc. Thanks
