Previous model years included the Ford Charge Station Pro (80 amp EVSE). For 24's, it wasn't included initially but Ford started their Ford Power Promise program which includes the FCSP for any EV's purchased after 10/1/2024 so unfortunately you wouldn't qualify. It should be noted the full home...
Back it up as mentioned but it seems most of the mods overwrite your as-built. I have the matrix headlights and seat belt chime delete and didn't have any issues after the front sensor csp or any of the 20+ module updates I manually did in FDRS.
Glad it worked. Would like to say I fully expected it to but that was a total stab in the dark. lol. You can see in the below snippet from Livnitups spreadsheet why that digit can cause the controls tab to disappear if the wrong value was used there though.
Livnitup's FORScan - 2021-24 F150 -...
Based on that it should be good. You could try changing that 0441 to 0041 and write. It'll give an error about the check sum but you can ignore it and then it'll ask to turn the ignition off and then back on. Then repeat with the number as a 4 and see if it happens to pop back up. Aside from...
There may be some confusion here. This thread is about the glare-free headlights which doesn't require the expensive mongoose connector. It CAN be used but that's generally used for updating modules in FDRS to avoid waiting for OTA updates. I suspect most are using something like Amazon.com...
Just back up the modules before making the changes or make note of the existing values. Then you can easily change it back. I have a whole spreadsheet for the values I've modified.
yup. Have the cable and power supply. Spent about 6 hours installing all the updates on mine a month ago. What software version do you see at the top of Software Release Notes?
Above my paygrade but mine for a 2023 Lariat are as below. Since yours is a 2024, it may require different values.

To get the updated Google Maps Integration for Android Auto, you have 3 options.
1. Wait for Ford to push it out OTA
2. Find someone close to you with the required equipment to update with FDRS
3. Purchase said equipment (~$1000) and install yourself with FDRS.
If you think that's bad, just wait for the updated curve assist with the new Blue Cruise. Will slow down well before a curve and give you whiplash because it can't make up its mind what speed it wants to run.
May be able to check PlugShare and see if someone has used them recently. Being near Phoenix I would think it's probably heavily used. Granted there could just be a glitch in the matrix. Had one on the outer banks here in NC that wouldn't work back in June even though it showed as compatible in...
Ford EV training is really lacking. Have to take anything they say with a grain of salt as there's a 99% chance the customer knows more. Heck the salesman at the first dealer I went to didn't even know the truck had a frunk. I opened it to look and he was amazed.
I still need to look at mine. Believe mine is coming from the triangular trim near the dash on the passenger door. Someone mentioned on reddit that they had a similar problem and it was due to the bolt holding the trim not being seated correctly.
Their mess is all out of whack. Filled out the online form to have a Duke approved electrician contact me to avoid having to submit everything after the fact. Got a text 2 seconds later from a company but they weren't even aware of the rebate. doh. Ended up just submitting the Permit and other...
