Of course it worked this morning when I don't need it (go figure). Yes, I accidentally left a Saturday precondition set as this stupid app doesn't have a 1 time use setting for preconditioning. Maddening!

My firmware version is 50.0.9. I haven't tried the departure settings in a few weeks, but will try it tonight EVIQO's support team was aware of the issue, so should be able to help.

What charging device are you using? I ask because I had this same problem using an EVIQO charger. It didn't work until EVIQO made a change in their firmware.

Yeah, they were showing 2k here too, but when they put the deal together they said Ford dropped it to 1k. Hope you get 2!

The good news is that I really don't need pre-conditioning at all. My daily use is under 40 miles. I just wanted to figure this all out just in case one day I need a long road trip. I was thinking the 120v charger takes less guess work, but I'll have to try it both ways.

Yeah, that's the way I'd have to do it. Kind of a pain if you're wanting to hit 100% and then leave on the exact departure time with 100%. Another option is to charge on a schedule that stops well short of the departure time, but then plug the 120v charger in about an hour before departure...

My charger is an EVIQ. It does allow schedued charges.
