Thanks Jesse! I did plug in the camera that wasn’t compatible but when I plugged in the old one (still on the damaged mirror casing) it seemed to work again. Hopefully just switching out the cameras will avoid the headache? Or are you saying that this will still require calibration?

Thank you for the link! Looks like the cameras off of the 21-23 models won’t work with the 24 model. I did try the calibration procedure but get the error message that “vehicle conditions are incorrect”

Thanks guys! Yes plugging in the faulty camera seems to stop all of the front and side cameras from showing. I’ll give the camera replacement a try, was hoping that something on forscan would activate the new camera but doesn’t seem so.

Did you end up finding the pieces you needed? The same exact thing just happened to me… I actually have a slight crack on the front part of the casing as well I’m not sure if they make replacement parts for that side?
