I forgot to update this thread, but I did use FORscan to recalibrate. However using the online calculator it was still off. So I took the original circumference and what the calculator said it should be and split the difference and that got it to within 1 MPH on the GPS and that is close enough...
I will be re-calibrating mine either later today or tomorrow after a 4" BDS lift with 35x12.5 Tires using FORscan. Looks like I am off 2.5 MPH at 70MPH using a GPS. I will use this calculator see how accurate it is.

I have used the Trunnion style for several years now, starting with my 2019 Tacoma. Just bought my F-150 about 2 months ago and they work great. I know the Trunnion has heavier weight capacity options but not sure if there is an advantage over the angled round-bar.
