Tomorrow is 30 days in the shop and 6 weeks since the reported issue! Only available service technician is still on vacation for another week. I plan to contact Ford to check into buyback options.

Similar experience- mine has been at the dealer untouched since 7/31. Module arrived on 8/14 and now Iāve been told it wonāt been touched for 2 weeks as the only certified technician is going on vacation for 2 weeks.
ageee- and I donāt live in a rural area with 1 dealer. They could have foreseen this issue weeks ago and let me know so thatI could check other Dealers.
update- truck is not complete and now service advisor has told me it wonāt be done for another 2 weeks. They only have one certified technician and he will be on vacation for 2 weeks.
Dropped mine at the dealer Monday 7/31. Although issue was reported to Ford in mid July. Latest update from ford
there is currently a backlog on this part.
The new ETA I received for the part is 08/16/2023 but I am hoping it will arrive sooner.
