I am up to 47 days at the dealership. Supposedly, the module replacement has been completed. Waiting on parts for the wiper motor and rear lightbar replacements. Just added the 23B57 Battery Module / BECM update. Ford is issuing recalls / CSP's faster than the dealership can complete them.Add me to the list. 22 platinum with a little over 33k miles. Power reduced to 20%. Won't charge. Says stop safely now and service. First problem I've had. Pretty disappointing to read all of your experiences trying to get yours fixed so far.
I pay $53 per day on my Lightning loan, so I am $2491 in the hole without use of my vehicle. Plus another 16 days / $848 in January of this year.
Has anyone found a way and had success regarding compensation from Ford for loss of use of their vehicle?
