Add me to the list. 22 platinum with a little over 33k miles. Power reduced to 20%. Won't charge. Says stop safely now and service. First problem I've had. Pretty disappointing to read all of your experiences trying to get yours fixed so far.
I am up to 47 days at the dealership. Supposedly, the module replacement has been completed. Waiting on parts for the wiper motor and rear lightbar replacements. Just added the 23B57 Battery Module / BECM update. Ford is issuing recalls / CSP's faster than the dealership can complete them.

I pay $53 per day on my Lightning loan, so I am $2491 in the hole without use of my vehicle. Plus another 16 days / $848 in January of this year.

Has anyone found a way and had success regarding compensation from Ford for loss of use of their vehicle?

Had a successful replacement with All American Ford, Old Bridge, NJ, truck was perfect, took some time but they have experience and the tech guy knows what he is doing. Talk to Renee (The service Advisor) ...

Sadly I had to lemon it as my confidence went south pretty fast with Ford.

You can get all the compensation from Ford if you open a case, and if possible tell them the Lemon Law.

My truck was in the shop for a total of 49 days, part came in 37th day and they took 12 days to replace, test and retest and retest.

I lemon'ed the truck - they gave me price paid, plus documentation, plus registration plus any accessories I put in minus usage (every state has a usage formula it is miles drive divided y 120K or 100K time price paid) ...

Loved the truck for the last year I owned, sad to see it go, but Ford needs to get things working faster as these are not in-expensive trucks and has fun driving it each day, each hour I was in it.

Today I returned the truck and got my check.

Possible but highly unlikely. More likely they are replacing an array in the battery
For me I asked for full battery pack replacement but they replaced only a module and my take on that is how good can a tech replace it in a non-contained, non-clean environment, not that local dealerships have clean rooms.

For sure, balancing lithium battery packs is much more complex than the work, rebuilds or repairs most are familiar with. That being said, the serviceability of the Lightning's battery pack and the swappable modules give me hope that by the time the pack in my Lightning is ready to give up the ghost, there will be a company or at least specialty shops offering pre-built modules or even a full rebuilt pack that I can just swap in. Because the pack itself is incredibly easy to remove and reinstall. It's getting down to the component level replacement and balancing, etc that gets much more complex.

Either way, I commend Ford for taking a reparable approach when most other manufacturers are taken the sealed up, glued/welded together approach that for all intents and purposes makes the vehicle a throwaway when the battery fails.
Damm never thought like that. Yes, right now there are techs who have opened shops who fix Tesla's for a fraction of what Tesla wants as they have devised a system to open, repair and seal battery packs.

And changing packs will be like a new engine - hope this becomes a commodity process.

Arrays are sealed units, there is no need for a clean room

The dealership did not have a loaner and set me up with a rental through Hertz. And it’s not close to a comparable truck. It’s a base model Nissan frontier. Once I had a case number through Ford this was in the email they sent me

Do you need a rental vehicle?Your dealer can provide a rental vehicle for your personal transportation at no charge (except for fuel, insurance, and tax) while your vehicle is at the dealership for repairs. Please discuss with your dealer for guidelines and limitations.

The coolant only flows in the aluminium plate fixture , it does not run through the module/array.

The coolant only flows in the aluminium plate fixture , it does not run through the module/array.
So the coolant tray is sealed and coolant flows in it and it is physically glued to the module and heat transfer occurs thru that.

Makes sense thanks everyday I learn a new thing.

Also, due to reading this board, I had the CSP* Install new dust mat 23B11, Gateway Module Programming 23B21, High Voltage module replacement/BECM software upgrade 23B57, and the "There is a God" HEATED STEERING WHEEL PERFORMANCE UPGRADE 22G06!!!! on my VIN and Service Advisor added those to get done while truck is there at Dealer.

I AM SO HAPPY STEERING WHEEL IS GETTING DONE. Cold in the Winter here in Seattle area.

that sucks- mine was billed directly to the dealer luckily

Hello everyone, I'm new to the group. This error brought me here. I have had it pop up 9 times since July and I got my truck in April. Weird thing is power is never reduced and when I look at the power distribution screen power is distributed between rear and front just fine. After the 6th error I took it into the dealership, they call me and say the air dam is dirty so they cleaned it. I pick it up last week and the error happened again. I called the dealership on Monday and they said they'll replace the air dam actuators. I told them I don't see how an air dam issue would cause this and if they actually pulled codes because an air dam issue would actually throw an error saying air dam fault. They just replied that's what the tech found. Right now this is just a nuisance because no power is reduced and error clears on its own.
