So correct me if I have any of this info wrong. To my understanding V3 Superchargers are liquid cooled but V2 are not. While we can now charge at V3 stations the rate our trucks can accept is pretty much V2 speed. So if we can only charge at V2 speeds and those cables don't need to be liquid...
One review from Amazon:
Updated, my mistake: Does NOT work on 110, as described! <<(not true)
By Sally in the United States on December 10, 20223rd portable charger ordered. Will likely return this one as well. Beware when described as 110 to 220. Likely not! ((It turns out that previous post...
I was stuck in version 4 for about the first 6 months. And then I got a wave of updates. After that it died off but in the past couple weeks I feel like I've had half a dozen small updates.
I wasn't aware that you could just replace the rubber part. I have always replaced the entire blade. If no one gives you a good insert lead and you do replace the whole blade I recommend Bosch Icon. Then have always worked great for me. Only takes a minute or 2 to replace each one.
What % did it charge to. I noticed recently that it has been defaulting to 100% even though I have it set to 85% in the schedule. If it tried to charge in the upper end of the battery it will be less efficient and require more power.
What is the reason the utility company won't let you add more panels? Usually if you have a change to your usage such as EV charging you are allowed to increase the size.
Correct me if I am wrong on this. The Ford Charge Station Pro uses bot the AC (charging vehicle) and DC (sending power back to the home) pins correct? A CCS to NACS would be trying to pull charging power from the DC pins and thus fail. It is possible to use a J1772 to NACS adapter just on the...
I have them stacked up in the driveway like setting up a bonfire. Got the 2x4s on the top and bottom to try and keep them from curling. We will see how it goes.
Close. Got them from Lowe's. They are drying out now. Will install this weekend hopefully. I was afraid what I would get if I had them shipped so I spent 1-2 hours picking through the pile. Feel bad for the next person as I stacked up all the crappy boards nicely before I left.
First big load I have used the Lightning for. Had to replace my entire back fence. 175 fence boards and 30 2x4s. Truck drove like there was nothing loaded in it. Still had plenty of power and acceleration. I measured the height of the bumper before and after and there was only a 2" drop...
