  1. Spilled 3L of water inside truck - where'd it go?

Check under the door seal where all the wires are run. Other people have mentioned water leaking into the cabin and accumulating there.
  2. Tesla engineer warns against using extension cords at Superchargers

So correct me if I have any of this info wrong. To my understanding V3 Superchargers are liquid cooled but V2 are not. While we can now charge at V3 stations the rate our trucks can accept is pretty much V2 speed. So if we can only charge at V2 speeds and those cables don't need to be liquid...
  3. Amproad to RVGuard. Should this work?

One review from Amazon: Updated, my mistake: Does NOT work on 110, as described! <<(not true) By Sally in the United States on December 10, 20223rd portable charger ordered. Will likely return this one as well. Beware when described as 110 to 220. Likely not! ((It turns out that previous post...
  4. WhistlinDiesel Cybertruck vs F-150 Frame & Hitch Follow Up Test

I didn't realize until the end of this video that it was an ICE F150 and not a Lightning. I had just assumed they were comparing EV to EV.
  5. Kuat Ibex Rack Setup Installed

Can you provide some information on the pull out you are using for the cooler?
  6. Power-Up OTA 6.8.0 - Smart Changes: Center Screen

I was stuck in version 4 for about the first 6 months. And then I got a wave of updates. After that it died off but in the past couple weeks I feel like I've had half a dozen small updates.
  7. Power-Up OTA 6.8.0 - Smart Changes: Center Screen

Well after 13 months of ownership I can finally see the SOC on the dash.
  8. Wiper Inserts?

I wasn't aware that you could just replace the rubber part. I have always replaced the entire blade. If no one gives you a good insert lead and you do replace the whole blade I recommend Bosch Icon. Then have always worked great for me. Only takes a minute or 2 to replace each one.
  9. Fordpass app, pretty sketchy . .

What % did it charge to. I noticed recently that it has been defaulting to 100% even though I have it set to 85% in the schedule. If it tried to charge in the upper end of the battery it will be less efficient and require more power.
  10. Using Off Grid Solar System to charge Lightning?

What is the reason the utility company won't let you add more panels? Usually if you have a change to your usage such as EV charging you are allowed to increase the size.
  11. BYD Pickup Looks familiar?

Is it just me or does that bed look very short?
  12. Leveled on 35” Toyo RT Trail Tires

Was there a range hit with just the shock replacement?
  13. Trying to use my ford station pro to charge a cycbertruck

Correct me if I am wrong on this. The Ford Charge Station Pro uses bot the AC (charging vehicle) and DC (sending power back to the home) pins correct? A CCS to NACS would be trying to pull charging power from the DC pins and thus fail. It is possible to use a J1772 to NACS adapter just on the...
  14. Look a truck doing truck stuff!

Dang! I had no idea. I'll have to look for it next time to unload faster in the driveway. Lol
  15. Look a truck doing truck stuff!

I have them stacked up in the driveway like setting up a bonfire. Got the 2x4s on the top and bottom to try and keep them from curling. We will see how it goes.
  16. Look a truck doing truck stuff!

Close. Got them from Lowe's. They are drying out now. Will install this weekend hopefully. I was afraid what I would get if I had them shipped so I spent 1-2 hours picking through the pile. Feel bad for the next person as I stacked up all the crappy boards nicely before I left.
  17. Look a truck doing truck stuff!

First big load I have used the Lightning for. Had to replace my entire back fence. 175 fence boards and 30 2x4s. Truck drove like there was nothing loaded in it. Still had plenty of power and acceleration. I measured the height of the bumper before and after and there was only a 2" drop...
