I usually get updates fast. I have the recall for the front sensor but mine works fine and I see people having problems with the update at the dealer so I haven't worried about it. But wondering if not getting the sensor update is why I'm not getting OTA updates?

The Carlinkit (and most of these boxes, maybe all of them) use the Apple Carplay protocol for talking to the vehicle display even when connected to android auto.

The first and only time I used Tow Haul was pulling my BBQ trailer and I made a profile for it. Are you saying if I don't select that profile and just press tow haul the GOM will not recalculate the miles?

The GOM cuts your range in half when you push tow haul. Then takes a day or so to get back normal in my experience.

I got it done today and have the glare free button toggle. Went for a drive tonight on a very dark road but didn't notice anything. I will triple check the values tomorrow , I only double checked today.
