"Status not currently available" message, I'm going to assume it's because it's getting ready to change to "Shipped, or Built!". Yes, I am sure of it! Has to be, couldn't be anything else! Don't tell me otherwise, not listening, la, la, la, la, la...

I sometimes find refreshing the browser after that initial “unavailable” message will get a “connection “…..or, the CA trackers, EN and FR language options

What are your last 4 number of VIN? My truck is near your's and mine has been shipped to Texas. My last 4 are 6634

I used the FORD CHAT from my ORDER page for the first time today, Maya reported what I already knew, built 6/30 and waiting for shipping with an ETA of 7/28. No details about railcar numbers or predicted shipping date yet.

As of now, 50% of our group have updated to shipped. While @Shigoku waits for production and @john94si @Lavaorange @Regular150 are waiting for BUILT and 15 of us a shipping update!!

We must have been put in the back of the parking lot. I've seen a bunch of NorCal trucks (where mine needs to go) shipped before mine even though they were blended a week later. Some blended the week before also. No apparent rhyme or reason. I also want to complain because I've seen others complaining and right after that they get shipped status. Who knows, I tried patients, now complaining. I kid only because almost every person says you forget about the hard times of waiting once it arrives. Financing lock of 2.49% for 84 months ran out today, bummer.

How does everyone find out the shipping status? I see some of you know the rail car numbers your truck is being shipped on. I called Ford for a vehicle visibility report and they said go to the order status tracking page. I can't really get anything from them, not that it will change anything but I'm stunned at the detail some folks know and I can't figure out.

Log onto your ORDER page, there is a link to start a customer service chat.
Call your salesman or sales-manager they have access to VVR and can tell you the status of production and rail car if it has been shipped.

OK, trying again right now.

Edit: the truck is on CSX rail car TTGX996385. This new chat agent was way better than the last. Now I just need to find out how to track CSX rail cars.

My original email sent on 07/08 shows ETA of 07/24 to 07/30. Will it really take almost 3 weeks to get here by "CONVOY"? I'm in Texas.

Probably not that long, but it's rolling out of the Rouge on rail, to a TX rail yard to be transferred to an 18 wheeler which will carry your truck the last several miles to your dealer

I am in the same position as you. The last update was that it was built on 6/30 and the expected arrival date at my dealership in Northern California is 7/28 to 8/6. I am assuming that it has not been shipped yet but I suppose it is possible that it is on its way and shop.ford.com has not updated yet. At least that is what I am hoping....

I copied this info from another thread on this forum:

CSX

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352

2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.

3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.

4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)

5. When prompted for next car say DONE.

6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Try 1st thing in the morning (0800 EDST)…I was on Music hold for about 25 min. this morning, but finally got through to a human who was very helpful
