Today we're having our natural gas service meter moved from the basement to the outside of the house, I spent 30 minutes demonstrating the truck to all the gas line workers this morning while they were preparing to start the job.

Most of these guys are old school truck enthusiast, but were open minded about the performance of the electric drive and curious about the range.

I think I might have sold two or three more orders for Ford!

I think I might have sold two or three more orders for Ford!

I’ve just added an expectation of the need for an additional 15 min. at my stops…the range question is typically #1 or #2 along with “how do you like it?” I have been surprised by how many people are aware of this truck and it’s features….my take is there are a lot more people that I expected sitting on the fence watching to see how this gen one truck performs/behaves for us early adopters…….

My window sticker did that. About 8 days later my truck arrived at dealer but had to come as single delivery.

Not the case, periodically and not always, FORD regenerates the Window Sticker with post production data on the top margin, we have not figured out what the revised codes mean yet, it's happened like 4 or 5 times since June.

Well it's strange the build date changed and the REV #s got a 1 in front of it and the batch, or group, up in the right top, is a different # of # where batch used to be.

Regional rep looked up the truck, nothing attached to the VIN, notes or anything. No hold and the VIN is marked 'Hot' (reps can do this evidently) and it's got an estimate of 6 September, but the reps words were, "I don't know about that date as it's not even loaded on a railcar yet, I'll feel better when it shows loaded...".
Said the delay is the very low number of Railcars in Michigan. According to VOCPS the truck is 'Current' so that means it's not overdue. Amazed everyone else has Shipped in that build week and a lot of the next build week.

So we shall see.

Love the support RobG. I just want to know if any of our build week have the changes to the Window Sticker that mine has. I posted them both above. As far as I know, I'm the only one with so many dates and numbers changed.

I’ve never actually seen something like that before. The VIN is preserved but odd on the date changes.

One step closer to getting the charger installed!!

National Grid did a site review to make sure the plan was acceptable, and that the pole transformer is capable of the additional service load. The engineer is a Tesla driver so had a keen interest in promoting more EV's and yes he's a CT reservation holder (LOL). We got his thumbs up on the plan.

New we wait for the city building & wiring inspector to approve the permit, then rough in can start.

Maybe this will be done by the end of September!?!
