Any insight into financing changes as of today? Are they still offering 1.9 for 36 months?
The $5000 off is awesome but wondering if the rub is, would previous retail order customers who will take possession now have to choose between low finance rate or $5000 off…or can they get both?!
What I got from Tim's Video is if you ordered during the promo rate window you have what's called incentive protection.

Now you have a choice to either take the Promo rate or the Cash assistance not both.

Although I wish it was both! you will have to run the numbers yourself to see if either one makes more sense. Right now I did the math, and it's close compared to current rates.

The one advantage of the cash incentive. would be lower sales tax and ongoing lower DMV vehicle valuations.

Then again if you are paying cash definitely take the new cash incentive.

That is what I am expecting but figured I’d ask to see if experiences are otherwise.
Great insight on the rest of it. Our plan was to finance over 36 months at 1.9% with. Large chunk down which helped lower the huge monthly payment hit with the lower rate. Going retail lending may be ugly even at 36months. Gotta do the math myself I guess. One upside is that the dealer I am working with does cover delivery with a retail loan through their providers which I’m shipping across country so that’s several hundred dollars extra to offset interest costs over 36 months.
