Adding Ambient Lighting to XLT interior?

Has anyone looked into what would be needed to add ambient lighting to an XLT? I liked that addition on the Lariat and above trim levels but it wasn’t worth the upgrade to that level for me. Would like to add it at some point though.

I’m more looking at factory locations like the ambient lit cup holders and such. I know there are hundreds of ways that I can just add some lighting to the foot wells, but I want to match the subtle factory look.
