Advanced Security Pack - option removal

They already removed heated steering wheel which is a big deal for me and I was looking for excuse to back out. This should do that.

2 big features I need is pano roof and heated steering. If I am not getting that in lariat,
I think there is no point in lariat for 76k. I will tell me dealer to either update my order to XLT or cancel and refund.[

I'm with you. If you live in the North, like I do in Wisconsin, an unheated steering wheel is awfully cold at the end of a 12 hour shift!

Dealer said they cannot update order to XLT(no more XLT orders). So its either lariat(with these options removed) or nothing.
Heated steering wheel is a must for us, and I park the vehicle in downtown so need those security features too.

- Told dealer to cancel and refund ($1100 - reservation + deposit)
- Dealer sent cancellation form - sign and sent it
- Dealer said, they will send the refund check once they got the refund from ford(about 4 weeks)

so here it ends friends..

On the other hand, I had a Silverado EV reserved on day 1(in first 10 min). Lets see if I can get the truck with the features I want and in the price
