The process of going into a dealership and spending an afternoon (or longer) haggling with the Sales Person, then the Aftermarket Person, and finally the Finance Person can be such a beating for the ordinary car buyer. You are never quite sure where and how you are being taken advantage of..
I'm looking forward to a more transparent sales model.
