Are maps the only apps that are allowed to go full screen on Coolwalk interface? If so, I would consider this a downgrade! I have several apps that I used to be able to get full screen (Spotify, several YouTube hacks like CarStream) and they could definitely use the extra real-estate of the full screen)

From what I have been able to gather only maps apps so far. Definitely a bummer. If someone figures out a way to run non maps app full screen I would love to hear it. I only tried enabling developer options and messed with some of the resoulution settings but that did not help.

Android auto is slowly rolling out it's updated cool walk interface. I don't have it myself but have you tried clicking your maps app to see if it goes full screen?

Try deleting your phone's cache from boot screen.

I got it finally. But don't like that I can't Fullscreen my car YouTube apps!
