But don't you have to have AT&T to connect to WiFi? I don't get a cell signal at my house as I live in a cell signal desert. I can get about two bars on my phone about a couple of blocks from my house but have to use WiFi calling at home. But my provider uses Verizon or T-mobile for data, not AT&T. So I guess I cannot use connected services correct? That is, unless I'm anywhere I can use a cell tower signal.
Well, that's true. But I guess I'm not sure what "connected services" means. I understand using the navigation and Alexa. But if there are any OTA updates I'll have to wait until I'm in a cell tower area or park in one of the signal areas close to me until it's done.

Also, I understand the the F150 has a modem. Our EV6 doesn't have this and I can't check on anything with that car from my house. Ourdetached garage is about 80 ft. from the house so I have to rely on my extended modem to reach out to there from my router for starting the truck on cold days. Also, I leased a Flash in September of 2024. I don't think I got a 3 year free trial.
