Anyone wrap the lightbar around the grill

As title says, curious if anyone has done this and if you have pictures.

Were you able to get it dark enough to where it still lights up, but doesn't look brownish when in the sunlight

It has also been done with tint. Pics are here on the site, but don't have the link right off hand. It looked normal at night and really looked sharp once it was wrapped/tinted.
