Your APIM software is at the latest revision. If your APIM was shot, I kinda doubt that you would have been able to update it. Have you done a master reset and deleted the pairing on your iPhone and then re-paired from scratch? Are you seeing any DTCs for the APIM in FDRS?I'm at a complete loss. maybe it is the APIM. so next question is since the dealer has no idea when they can get one. if i buy one myself from somewhere, what part number do i go with?

No. The Power Up notifications are absolutely irrelevant to those of us who manually update the ECUs. All the Power Up notification says is the last update Ford pushed to the truck OTA. It has absolutely nothing to do with your truck’s level of updatedness. Ignore it. It means absolutely nothing and it will never update unless and until Ford pushes another update to your truck—an unlikely event for a while since you are already out in front of the OTAs.Man i have done everything i can think of multiple times! I have done master reset several times through the menu, usually after updating the APIM and not seeing the issue resolved. I have unhooked the battery for a while and left it. I have reset my phone and reset my phone's network settings. And actually this morning there was an iOS update available for my phone that i applied and still no change in behavior. I also tried my wife's phone today and get the exact same thing. And the behavior is the same regardless of wireless or usb. It's crazy to me as well being an IT person. As an IT person, it almost reminds me of when there is a resolution mismatch on the display or something, like when you set your computer to a resolution that the monitor doesn't support, it just goes black, but you can still hear the sounds.
One thing that I noticed after the most recent round up updates is that I got an alert on my FordPass app that BlueCruise feature is ready with a 1 year complimentary subscription. Also something i find odd is that in FordPass under software updates/recent changes, it still only lists March 8, 2022 for FordPower-Up 1.7.1, which was when i took it to the dealership and had them flash it initially. Shouldn't that reflect the updates i have been pushing to it with the FDRS?
Can you send this info in a DM and I would be happy to take care of your concerns privately.I bought it used last month so unsure of the original Ford dealer but the vin is 1FTFW1E86MFA30281
All ford electronic parts have that warning labelIs the “Scrap If Dropped” label something commonly seen on Ford parts of this type?
