I installed the Ford bed tray (JL3Z99112A15E) on my 2024 Flash. I contemplated bed mat vs bed tray vs bed rug, and decided to go with the tray since the oem mat was out of stock when I placed the order. I used Ford points for the purchase.
I'd give the bed tray a 3.5/5 overall. I like the tray except for two things:
- the tray leaves about an inch of space on the sides between the raised lip of the tray and the body (see pic)
- the tray came with a stick-on tab that needs to be adhered to bulkhead, and the tray has a slot on the bulkhead end into which the tab needs to be inserted to hold down the tray. But, the bulkhead surface is kind of curved at the bottom and thus doesn't have a flat area to affix the stick-on tab flush to the body. You can see that the tab is floating above the tray and not under the tray. I hope I'm not doing something wrong with installing the tab.
I'd probably go with a bed rug if I get to pick again.
