Can the headlight switch be programmed to default to "OFF" ?

There are times when I need to start the vehicle at night without turning on any outside lights. Mine defaults to "AUTO", which means I have to quickly move the switch to OFF, and usually the headlights light for a couple of seconds.

I have the same problem. I enabled PoliceDarkCar and some other parameters and I have all the lighting behaving like I want it... except when I start the Truck. When I start the engine, the headlights default to AUTO and turn ON. Mostly defeats the purpose of darkcar.

Anybody find a way around this yet?

You can only set it to remember the last position with ForScan.

726-74-01 xx01 xxxx xxxx = Remember Last Position
