Car scanner app works pretty good with CarPlay

I need an Android app but can not find any that is EV specific and list the lightning.
Can anyone point me to one?

How do you guys manage to have car scanner full screen in the car?
In AA it only shows in split screen. Google maps or waze being the only apps I can maximize the display.
