Change Trim after submitting online order

Hello,
I was invited Thu and placed an order for the PRO trim. According to the website dealer has not accepted yet. I’ve changed my mind now and would like to change to the XLT and hopefully be able to get the truck this year.
Called Ford and they said to call the dealer.
Called the dealer and they cannot seem to be able to figure out how to make the change.

Anyone here changed trims and how easy is it or does anyone know what the process is?

The dealer might be able to reject the order and then you place another? It should be easy for them to do on their end, but your order is in limbo until they accept it. I was first wave in January, I went to the dealer the day after placing my order and walked them through accepting it.

Yes, different than what I have. All Maine dealerships closed on Sunday so maybe tomorrow I can get an update…
