Confused about Ford Charge Station Pro delivery?

My Lightning is due to arrive in about 3-4 weeks, and I'm trying to understand better when the Ford Charge Station Pro will arrive. Do I take delivery of the vehicle and the Pro simultaneously? Or does the Pro arrive via FedEx/UPS a few weeks later? If it's the latter, what do you do in the interim... use the 240v Mobile Power Cord?

I haven't had the best experience with Sunrun thus far. As a result, I'm exploring alternative installers, and I want to give them a clear picture of how the next month or two will look.

My charger arrived about 4 weeks after delivery. Sunrun sent me an email to confirm my shipping address, which I did. A week later they sent the same email asking me to confirm my shipping address, which I did again, and it showed up three days later.

After the dealer updates it as sold, you’ll get the email from SunRun to confirm your address then the charger will ship to you. I received it about 4 weeks after purchasing the truck. I never got an email with the tracking info so I had to do the dance with FedEx for a few days As you have to sign for the shipment.

If you’re in NOVA you might give havepower a look, they did mine and worked with me to install a 15-40 plug to use the mobile charger and then came back to hardwire the FCSP.
