I am in Canada, decided that I do need to go for the extended range battery even though the pricing and tax incentives for the standard range here are much better. The ER battery is still priced out of what I can afford but starting to see some movement. I had an offer from a dealer last week for a new 23XLT ER for effectively 9k off MSRP (80k Cdn including delivery and fees, plus tax). There is a huge inventory of lariat and some XLT extended range sitting around on lots and not moving. Hopefully we will see either some more price cuts, end of year incentives and financing, or a combination of both. We are lucky here that the XLT is the 312 a package with all of the goodies.

There is a Platinum a couple states from me with maybe 1K miles on it they've been sitting on for well over a year. They've got it priced somewhere around $73k. Still hasn't moved. I'll bet you'll see some great deals this fall.

More Discounts are coming for sure if Ford continues the ramp of building like they say. There is a dealer now with 24 allocations for this month alone - they are offering them at $5K below MSRP (this alone also once again confirms that indeed even if Invoice and MSRP are likely the same that dealers are making money on these trucks - likely to the tune of 10% as has been documented)

The wildcard in the whole thing is whether there is a strike. It could change everything.

Based on what I’ve seen on Edmunds.com and Ford.com websites, SR Lightnings appear to be slow movers, ER Lightnings not so much. Prices of pre-owned SRs are falling while pre-owned ER prices seem to be stabilizing for the Lariat and XLT trim levels. There are some new and pre-owned Platinums on the market, but what their prices are doing now is not clear to me.

The more challenging part of the market right now is finding a Lightning equipped the way you want it. If you are looking for an ER with the Max Trailer Tow Package and a Spray In Bed Liner, you may have to do quite a bit of looking, unless you are willing to settle for a Platinum with its reduced towing capacity and higher price.
