We had almost no issues with charging reliability or overcrowding during our road trip the week before and the week of Thanksgiving. There was a lot of traffic, but there were plenty chargers and we didn't encounter any non-functional chargers (well, one plug was down at a T charger, but there were a pile of others). We had three instances where the T superchargers were super busy. They were all 8-port stations. Two were overcrowded (4 of 8 posts were in use with every other port being used which meant we couldn't charge the Lightning) and one got really busy just after we arrived, so we only charged 10 minutes.

Tesla owners need to be re-educated that they don't need to use every other charger as they aren't shared the same way as earlier chargers.

Over Thanksgiving week I took a trip and had no issues at all. I even pulled into an Electrify America along I-95 and found all four posts working and open. This past weekend I did have issues at three different Tesla sites. The first one was a new V4 site and the first post I plugged into was limited to 75A. I moved over one and it worked great. At the second stop I got errors from 2 dispensers and had to move to one that was on a different cabinet to charge. The final stop is a new 60 stall site. There were 12 V3s at this site and Tesla just added 48 V4s under a canopy. I tried to use the V4s but they did not have post numbers so I couldn't start from the app. I assume P&C would have worked but I had paid for the membership and wanted to get the lower price. I was able to move to the old V3 and charge.
