FCSP Receipt for My Utility Company Rebate

I finally received and installed my Charge Station Pro that was bundled with my Lariat but when I went to apply for the rebate from my utility company (PSE&G in New Jersey), they want a receipt showing proof of purchase. Anyone else face this issue and if so, how did you deal with it as the charger is not broken out on my invoice from the dealer. Any advise would be appreciated.

I would suggest providing them with this link which says it's included with the ER battery, and send them a copy of your receipt for the truck - showing that it's an extended range model, black out the pricing. - https://www.ford.com/support/how-to...-i-install-a-ford-charge-station-pro-at-home/
