I ended up with a full size OEM wheel and a practically new OEM tire for a spare, so the OEM 265/70R18 spare wheel + temp tire are for sale.

Brand new never used. Selling both together as one is mounted on the other.

$200 + shipping, or $200 + local pickup. I am in Northern Virginia, close to Maryland and Wash DC.
