For Those Who Got Production Dates in October, What Does the Process Look Like During & After in Terms of Delivery ETA?

I just got a production date for week of 12/12.

I'm curious how things have been as of late for those who have had recent production dates. Not so recent that they're in the same boat as me but more about recent enough to provide representative current data.

I know that's only three weeks before EoY but if I can take delivery before 1/2/23 that would be glorious for tax reasons. I'm just trying to get a sense of what others have experienced from time of production date to know if this is possibly, unlikely or impossible.

If you have scheduled or taken delivery recently maybe post your production date and delivery date for some frame reference. Trim may help too if there's a difference there. Mine is a Lariat SR.

I was hoping for a production date sometime sooner to give me more hope but am I crazy for holding out hope for a Christmas miracle?

Note: I checked the spreadsheets but data is a little light for recent weeks/months. Some of the data appears to be broken with total days from production to delivery listed without an actual delivery date to confirm. I think I'm seeing somewhere in the neighborhood of three weeks or less as of late which seems like they're dialing the process in a little bit better. This bodes well for me if true. Just looking for some first-hand accounts to add more data points.

ETA: I actually tried to delete this thread since I just discovered that they're closing production the week of Christmas which all but eliminates any chance of this happening. Feel free to converse though but I'm just going to wallow in my own self-pity now.

With a 12/12 production no way you will get it before end of year.

I agree. My production date was the week of 10/17 (actually 10/20). It was the first unit with a build date from that week and is now being shipped. I do not expect it until around 11/26.

I had a 10/24 build week and eta for delivery is 11/19-11/25. SR xlt no options

Using this more current data (although admittedly a small sample size) than what I've seen previously it seems as though it's roughly a month from production to delivery. Based on that I'd say my odds aren't zero but probably close to it.

Who knows, maybe they'll hit a burst in production as they continue to ramp up for volume and my truck will show up but I certainly don't like my odds at this point.

I was really hoping to see a November on my build date to have a better chance at taking delivery by EoY. Oh well.
