Rik..I had a reservation at Morris and switched to Metro for that very reason.Well, I didn’t get an invitation (along with a lot of you) in spite of early reservation. My dealer (Morris Ford in Burnt Hills) has been ZERO responsive with the exception of my May 2021 email “thank you for your reservation“ message. Even though I am a small business owner who would be advertising/promoting the Lightning and their dealership…..I think FoMoCo has dropped the ball with “real” customers like myself and others like me and has put their energy into media influencers.….
Other than out first conversation....zero response from the dealer.
I tried emailing and got no response. I called both the Sales Manager and the GM and got NO response, no callback, no acknowledgement.
I now refuse to do business with them. Night and day difference at Metro Ford. I've asked a few questions(trying not to pester them). They have been very cordial and very responsive. They earned my business.
I will not give Morris the time of day....
