Ford EV sales are up, with Lightning sales up 91%! (May 2024 numbers)

I wonder how many of the May sales were 2023 models vs 2024...

Has anyone been scammed out of the tax credit offered?

This could be an indication that the Lightning is reaching main stream. Even though the Lightning sales are up, F-series sales are down and the Lightning accounts for 5% of F-series sales. I think that a lot of people who are able to look beyond their inbred EV stereotypes are starting to see the Lightning as a viable alternative to the ICE F-series.

Also wonder if a fair number of people were waiting to compare Cybertruck, Rivian and f-150 and when those others didn’t meet expectations, they went for the f-150.
