Ford FDRS New User Cannot Login

I decided to take the plunge and purchased the Mongoose J2534 adapter to try to get some much needed updates installed.

I have a problem right out of the gate when attempting to log into the Ford FDRS app. I have successfully purrchased and installed my FDRS license, but when I run the FDRS app, I don't have the non-dealer Motorcraft option. The only User Type options I have are Dealer Employee, Independent Operator/Non-Dealer, and Non-Dealer ETIS.

Any idea why I don't have the Non-Dealer Motorcraft option?
